General conditions

Civil Responsibility: SPECIALE Ski School has mandatory Third Party Insurance for its instructors, coaches and collaborators during lessons. This insurance does not cover any damage that students may cause to third parties. For any event not covered by the school’s insurance in Switzerland, parents must verify that they have adequate accident and medical transportation insurance and complete medical assistance.

Payment: Lessons must be paid in advance by bank transfer within 7 days before the start of the course or by credit card or cash on the day of the first lesson.

Cancellation policy for Group Lessons: for cancellations up to one month before the start of the course, 20% of the total sum will be retained for administration costs; for cancellations up to 15 days before the beginning of the courses a penalty of 60% will be charged; no refunds will be made for later cancellations as the courses are always guaranteed for the number of those signed up and none of those taking part would be willing to cover the cost of no shows. Only in the case of a serious and legitimate impediment, which must be confirmed and proven by a medical certificate, that results in missing 50% or more of the course, will it be possible to recuperate the lessons missed, subject to agreement with the management. Nothing is owed in the event of an impossibility to participate due to closure of borders or mandatory quarantine.

Cancellation policy for Private Lessons: private lessons can be cancelled up to 2.00pm on the previous day in order to allow us to reassign the instructor.

Any special requests for food and/or physical conditions will be managed with the utmost attention.

On request, Swiss Francs will be accepted at the exchange rate in force on that day.

The relative court of jurisdiction is Celerina/Schlarigna, Switzerland.
